Set-and-forget crew
Most of the work sits under a larger civil company that already holds the contract, the plant and the HR desk. We supply the trades and execute the drawings — detailed excavation, civil concreting and underground pipeline works. Principals keep the program. We hold the trench.
Current work
Utility water infrastructure and John Holland’s Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N) rail upgrade. That is live SEQ civil, not a brochure claim. On those jobs we are the specialist: detailed excavation, civil concreting and underground pipeline. The trench does not get handed to another crew.
Where we work
Service-area civil contractor, Deception Bay QLD 4508. We do not run a shopfront. The work is on other people’s sites across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast.
- Brisbane — Detailed excavation around live services and utility water packages for inner-SEQ principals.
- Moreton Bay — Home base. Underground utility trenching and shoring on Deception Bay and Moreton Bay jobs.
- Sunshine Coast — Rail corridor civil work on the B2N / North Coast Line footprint, plus precise site cuts and pad preparation.
Civil construction services
- Detailed excavation — pavement works, site cuts, footings, batters, swales and V-drains, underground utility trenching and shoring for principal contractors in SEQ.
- Civil concreting — kerbs and gutters (including transitions), footpaths, driveways, pram ramps, culverts, headwalls and gully pits.
- Underground pipe — sewer, stormwater and water main installation, HDPE poly welding, tie-ins and shutdowns.
