Most of the work sits under a larger civil company that already holds the contract, the plant and the HR desk. We supply the trades and execute the drawings — detailed excavation around live services, structural civil concreting, and underground pipeline installation. Principals keep the program. We hold the trench.
Current work
Utility water infrastructure and John Holland’s Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N) rail upgrade. That is live SEQ civil, not a brochure claim. The next step for the company is ISO certification so government tenders can be priced direct. ISO is in progress — it is not claimed as certified.
Where we work
Service-area civil contractor, Deception Bay QLD 4508. We do not run a shopfront. The work is on other people’s sites across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast.

- Moreton Bay — Home base. Underground utility trenching and shoring on Deception Bay and Moreton Bay jobs.
- Sunshine Coast — Rail corridor civil work on the B2N / North Coast Line footprint, plus precise site cuts and pad preparation.

- Structural civil concreting — pits, kerb, thrust blocks, encasement and structural pours finished to drawings.
